1. Can an invoice be provided?

Invoices can be provided.

2. Can the invoice content be self selected?

Unified value-added tax ordinary invoices cannot be self selected.

Can multiple invoices be issued for one order?

Generally, only one invoice is issued. If multiple invoices need to be issued, please explain the situation to customer service.   

How to obtain an invoice?

After the order is completed, if you need to obtain an invoice, please request it from our customer service within 2 months. Once the invoice is issued, we will send it to you.

Information required to request an invoice:

1. Personal: Name, invoice amount (not exceeding actual payment amount), recipient, mailing address.

2. Unit: Unit name, unified social credit code (or taxpayer identification number), invoice amount (not exceeding actual payment amount), unit address, telephone number, recipient, mailing address.

Special Statement:

Invoices cannot be issued for those who have not requested invoices for more than 2 months or across different years.
